During your first visit to get a bridge, we prepare the adjacent teeth by recontouring the teeth. This is done by removing part of the enamel so that there will be room for a crown to be placed over them. Models will be created by making impressions of teeth.

Temporary Dental Bridge

Our dentist will thereafter create a temporary dental bridge for your use so that your exposed teeth and gum will be protected while the dental bridge is being made.

On your second visit, we will remove your temporary bridge. The permanent dental bridge will be checked and adjusted for proper fit, after which the bridge is cemented into place.
